Your data will be processed to manage and address contact requests, consultations, information, and claims, as well as to manage the payment for your consultation. We also process your data to send, including by electronic means, informative communications about Website features and activities promoted by the Data Controller (events, training sessions, surveys, and studies).
Duration:
The databases managed by the ENTITY will be maintained indefinitely while it develops its purpose, but data may be deleted at any time at the request of its owner.

The legal bases for processing your data are consent, the execution of the contractual relationship, and compliance with legal obligations.
Rights:
You may exercise the rights recognized in current legislation regarding data protection, such as knowing, updating, and rectifying your information against partial, inaccurate, incomplete, fractioned data that leads to error, or data whose processing is prohibited, by sending a written communication to the Data Controller using the contact details provided above. The applicant must attach a copy of their national ID, passport, or another valid identification document. Such claims will be addressed within a maximum of ten (10) business days. When it is not possible to address the request or inquiry within said term, the interested party will be informed, stating the reasons for the delay and indicating when the request or inquiry will be addressed, which in no case may exceed five (5) business days following the expiration of the first term.

Users have the right to file a claim before the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce (SIC) https://www.sic.gov.co/ when they consider that the processing of their personal data violates applicable regulations.
Effective Date:
The Personal Information Treatment Policies will be effective as of January 1, 2021. We reserve the right to modify them, under the terms and with the limitations provided by law.
